Ingredients
- Fresh Peaches: About 4 cups of peeled and sliced peaches.
- Fresh Raspberries: 2 cups of raspberries.
- Granulated Sugar: Approximately 1/2 cup.
- Oats: 1 cup of rolled oats.
- All-Purpose Flour: 1/2 cup.
- Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup packed.
- Cold Butter: 1/2 cup, cut into cubes.
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, fresh raspberries, and granulated sugar. Gently toss to coat the fruit evenly.
- In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Spread the fruit mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit, covering it completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
