Ingredients

  • Fresh Peaches: About 4 cups of peeled and sliced peaches.

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, fresh raspberries, and granulated sugar. Gently toss to coat the fruit evenly.
  3. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cold butter. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Spread the fruit mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit, covering it completely.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
