Ingredients

  • Bone-in Chicken Thighs
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Optional Herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano)
  • Lemon Juice
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, and then add them to the bowl with the marinade. Coat each thigh evenly in the mixture.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in the prepared baking dish, skin side up, and pour any remaining marinade on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.
  6. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and drizzle with fresh lemon juice, if desired.
