Description

These Pomegranate BBQ Meatballs are a unique twist on a classic. Juicy meatballs coated in a sweet and tangy pomegranate sauce, perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Egg
  • Pomegranate Juice
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix pomegranate juice and BBQ sauce together. Drizzle half of the sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle the remaining sauce over the meatballs, and serve warm!
