These Pomegranate BBQ Meatballs are a unique twist on a classic. Juicy meatballs coated in a sweet and tangy pomegranate sauce, perfect for any gathering!
Ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Breadcrumbs
- Egg
- Pomegranate Juice
- BBQ Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix pomegranate juice and BBQ sauce together. Drizzle half of the sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from the oven, drizzle the remaining sauce over the meatballs, and serve warm!
