Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and mash the sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the melted butter, honey, and milk to the sweet potatoes, stirring until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry mixture to the sweet potato mixture, stirring until just combined to form a soft dough.
