Ingredients

  • Honey
  • Butter
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and mash the sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the melted butter, honey, and milk to the sweet potatoes, stirring until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Slowly add the dry mixture to the sweet potato mixture, stirring until just combined to form a soft dough.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead it for about a minute.
  7. Roll and cut out biscuits using a cookie cutter or knife, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden brown.
  9. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
