  • Tomato Sauce
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Onion and Garlic
  • Spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it.
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes, placing them upside down in the baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
  4. Add cooked rice, tomato sauce, diced onion, minced garlic, and spices to the ground beef, stirring well for an even mixture.
  5. Stuff each bell pepper with the meat and rice mixture, packing it down a bit to fit well.
  6. Top each stuffed pepper with a generous handful of shredded cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your cheesy stuffed peppers!

Notes
