  • Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.
  3. Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Gradually add in reserved pasta water until the desired creaminess is reached.
  4. Add the fresh spinach and allow it to wilt, stirring occasionally for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Then toss the spaghetti into the sauce until well-coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper.
