Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and egg until smooth. Stir in the chopped peaches.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the pancakes fluffy.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, keeping pancakes warm in a low oven.
- To make the honey butter, blend softened butter with honey until creamy and smooth.
- Serve pancakes warm, topped with a generous dollop of honey butter.
