Ingredients

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Milk
  • Egg
  • Butter
  • Fresh Peaches
  • Honey
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and egg until smooth. Stir in the chopped peaches.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the pancakes fluffy.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, keeping pancakes warm in a low oven.
  7. To make the honey butter, blend softened butter with honey until creamy and smooth.
  8. Serve pancakes warm, topped with a generous dollop of honey butter.
