Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup or honey. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
- Add in chopped fresh peaches and mix gently to distribute them throughout the oats.
- Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid.
