Description

Mini Nutella Cheesecakes are rich, creamy, and made with Nutella, perfect for indulgent parties or gatherings!


Ingredients

  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Nutella
  • Cream Cheese
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Heavy Cream
  • Chocolate Shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of muffin liners to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, Nutella, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fill each crust with the Nutella mixture, smoothing the tops.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, cool, then chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  6. Before serving, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and top the cheesecakes, garnishing with chocolate shavings.
