Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the whole wheat lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set them aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground turkey until browned.
- Add chopped mushrooms and fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until tender.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, turkey mixture, ricotta, marinara sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
