Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the whole wheat lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set them aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground turkey until browned.
  3. Add chopped mushrooms and fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until tender.
