Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Lean Ground Turkey
- Ricotta Cheese
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Marinara Sauce

- Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a skillet, cook the lean ground turkey over medium heat until browned, seasoning it with Italian seasoning.
- Lay out the zucchini slices and spoon a layer of the cooked turkey, ricotta cheese, spinach, marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella inside each slice, rolling them up tightly.
- Place each zucchini roll in the muffin tin, standing up.
- Top with additional marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
