Ingredients
- Ripe Peaches
- Burrata Cheese
- Fresh Arugula or Mixed Greens

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cut peaches in half, remove the pits, and brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil.
- Place the peach halves on the grill, cut-side down. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
- On a large platter, arrange a bed of fresh arugula or mixed greens.
- Once the peaches are grilled, place them cut-side up on top of the greens.
- Carefully tear the burrata cheese into pieces and scatter it over the grilled peaches.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
