Ingredients

  • Ripe Peaches
  • Burrata Cheese
  • Fresh Arugula or Mixed Greens
  • Balsamic Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cut peaches in half, remove the pits, and brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil.
  2. Place the peach halves on the grill, cut-side down. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
  3. On a large platter, arrange a bed of fresh arugula or mixed greens.
  4. Once the peaches are grilled, place them cut-side up on top of the greens.
  5. Carefully tear the burrata cheese into pieces and scatter it over the grilled peaches.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately, enjoying the contrasting flavors and textures!
