- Honey or Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries, making sure not to break them apart too much so they maintain their shape.
- Using a spoon or melon baller, scoop the yogurt mixture into mini silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, pop them out of the molds and enjoy immediately or store in a resealable bag in the freezer.
