  • Author: Elena Bennett
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Description

Deliciously creamy and refreshing, this Frozen Pineapple Whip is perfect to cool off on a hot day. Made with frozen pineapple chunks and coconut cream for that tropical twist.

Ingredients

  • Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • Coconut Cream
  • Honey or Agave Syrup
  • Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, honey, and lime juice.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or agave syrup.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl or container and freeze for 30-60 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.
  5. Serve immediately by spooning it into cups or cones. You can optionally top with shredded coconut or fresh pieces of pineapple.

Notes

  • Use ripe pineapple for the best flavor.
  • Chill your coconut cream overnight for a thicker texture.
  • Adjust the sweetness based on the ripeness of the pineapple.
