Instructions
- In a blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, honey, and lime juice.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or agave syrup.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl or container and freeze for 30-60 minutes if you prefer a firmer texture.
