- Brie Cheese
- Cherry Preserves
- Egg Wash
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into squares, about 3×3 inches each.
- Place a small piece of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
- Add a spoonful of cherry preserves on top of the brie.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the brie and cherry preserves, pinching them together to seal.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
