Description

Fluffy Coconut Banana Pancakes made with fresh bananas and shredded coconut, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • Ripe Bananas
  • Coconut Milk
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Eggs
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add coconut milk and eggs to the bowl and whisk.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, shredded coconut, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients.
  5. Heat a skillet and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form.
  7. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with toppings.
