Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and optional chia seeds. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Add in any desired add-ins, such as chopped dried fruits or nuts, and stir to incorporate.
- Once the mixture is well mixed, use your hands to form bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before enjoying.
