Description

These Classic Oats Bites are an easy, healthy snack that uses oats, almond butter, and honey.


Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Almond Butter
  • Honey or Maple Syrup
  • Chia Seeds
  • Dried Fruits or Nuts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and optional chia seeds. Mix well until everything is combined.
  2. Add in any desired add-ins, such as chopped dried fruits or nuts, and stir to incorporate.
  3. Once the mixture is well mixed, use your hands to form bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before enjoying.
