Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, egg, milk, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the ketchup. Mix until fully combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
- Spread the remaining ketchup on top of the meatloaf as a glaze.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
