  • Ketchup
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Garlic Powder and Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, egg, milk, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the ketchup. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down evenly.
  4. Spread the remaining ketchup on top of the meatloaf as a glaze.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
