Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • Kidney Beans
  • Onion and Garlic
  • Diced Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil, onions, and bell peppers and sauté until softened.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
