Ingredients
- Ground Beef
- Enchilada Sauce
- Tortillas
- Shredded Cheese
- Onion
- Garlic
- Cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned
- Add garlic and stir in enchilada sauce
- Fill tortillas with the beef mixture and cheese
- Roll tightly and place in a baking dish
- Pour remaining sauce and cheese on top
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly
