Description

These Beef Enchiladas are a family favorite! Stuffed with seasoned beef, smothered in rich enchilada sauce, and topped with melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • Enchilada Sauce
  • Tortillas
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned
  3. Add garlic and stir in enchilada sauce
  4. Fill tortillas with the beef mixture and cheese
  5. Roll tightly and place in a baking dish
  6. Pour remaining sauce and cheese on top
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly
