Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back, then rub olive oil all over them.
- Mix together the spices and rub them generously over the ribs.
- In a bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and spices to make the BBQ sauce.
- Slather the sauce generously over both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Remove the foil and broil the ribs for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving, then slice and enjoy!
