Description

Ingredients

  • Baby Back Ribs
  • BBQ Sauce (homemade)
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back, then rub olive oil all over them.
  3. Mix together the spices and rub them generously over the ribs.
  4. In a bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and spices to make the BBQ sauce.
  5. Slather the sauce generously over both sides of the ribs.
  6. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
  8. Remove the foil and broil the ribs for an additional 5-10 minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
  9. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving, then slice and enjoy!
