  • Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • Milk
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pie crust according to package instructions or your homemade recipe, then let it cool completely.
  2. In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it set for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
  3. Once the pudding is set, layer sliced bananas on the bottom of the cool pie crust.
  4. Pour the prepared pudding mixture over the bananas, spreading it evenly.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently spread the whipped cream over the pudding layer.
  6. Decorate the top with additional banana slices, if desired, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
