Instructions
- Prepare your pie crust according to package instructions or your homemade recipe, then let it cool completely.
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it set for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
- Once the pudding is set, layer sliced bananas on the bottom of the cool pie crust.
- Pour the prepared pudding mixture over the bananas, spreading it evenly.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently spread the whipped cream over the pudding layer.
- Decorate the top with additional banana slices, if desired, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
